I went to Israel for 5 weeks through the ILEAD program where I learned survival and leadership skills. The program was highly selective and taught me so much about strength, grit, and determination. The point of the program was to challenge personal boundaries and foster self-discovery. I participated in team building exercises and outdoor activities, honing teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills.
